Fishing for Panties

"I'll be right back," said Dale. He slipped away from the party. Five minutes later, he came back. "I noticed when I pulled up the garage door was open, and there was some fishing gear in there." He showed his buddies a length of fishing line and a hook.

"So we hook this to her shorts, and then what?" asked Matt.

"We 'accidentally' knock her into the pool," said Dale. "I'm hoping for two things: one - the shorts rip off, and two - the shock of hitting the water distracts her from the fact her shorts were yanked off."

The group looked at Jenn.

"Her shorts do seem a bit loose," said Cole.

"And the zipper is open a bit," said Matt. "I can see a small opening, though not big enough to see those panties."

The three formulated a plan.

Dale sneaked behind Jenn and hooked the fishing hook to the waistband of her shorts. Confident no one saw, he tied the other end to the table leg of a heavy wrought iron table, so it was taut. After that, Matt picked up a football, and as Cole jogged near Jenn, Matt through the ball, causing Cole to collide with Jenn and knocking her towards the water.
