First her muscles

Petra thought about it for a moment and then began her work on Natasha. Before she could make Natasha her wife she had to remove the Threat of the black widow once and for all. To do that Petra decided the best way to remove the black widow was to remove all traces of her from Natasha.

To start Petra had the nanites rewrite Natasha's arms and legs. The first change she made was Natasha's nails, no longer would she have the nails of someone with years of hand-to-hand combat. No her wife would have the nails someone more pampered not those of an Assassin. Once the nails were done Petra moved on to the next step of Natasha's transformation.

Muscle memory is key for someone like Natasha so Petra decided to rewrite Natasha's muscles. Petra started by rewriting Natasha's hands, the black widow was great with firearms and hand-to-hand combat Natalie Smith on the other hand wouldn't be. To accomplish this would take two layers of changes one mental and one physical. The mental changes would come soon enough but for now Petra was more concerned about the physical ones.

The first thing Petra did was add a little twitch in Natasha's fingers that when added to the mental changes would cause Natasha to fumble a gun anytime she tried to use one. Not that she would try though, Petra wanted to make sure Natalie would never use a gun so she decided to make it so that the thought of using a gun would make Natasha sick both mentally and physically. Once that was done Petra began making other changes to Natasha.
