First contact

Records of the first contact with the Rapi virus are conflicting as the logs were badly damaged and time stamps were corrupted, but most agree it was around 2250 CE. The earth federation had been growing for some time, we had learned how to make wormholes for long distance travel and we had set out exploring the galaxy using single worm holes to hop about for periods of time. For some time up to the first contact this allowed out civilization to expand dramatically and colonize many planets, but then one ship lost contact and then another, three in total lost contact with federation forces before we found out what was causing it. We had thought they were unlucky and had come out of worm holes into a star or worse, but their fate was far far worse. please be aware what follows are logs of different perspectives of the events of the first contact.
