Chapter 41
What is Dana's answer to this suggestion?
First I would like to have some CLOTHES.
Dana seems to consider for a minute, but then shakes her head. "I have been naked for WAY to long at this point." She says to you, and you are not particularly surprised, you have been over this matter a dozen times and more while you flew through the AEther. It seems that humans, unlike yourself, got too hot or cold from everyday temperature variations without clothing to insulate them. ~No surprise since they don't have any hair except on their heads and genitals.~ You cant help thinking yet again, but aloud you say:
OK, now if you want clothing how does staying in this jungle help? Wouldn't we need to get back to a 'civilized' area so there are shops? You ask.
"You saw our patron goddess same as I did, she wears animal skins for clothing, and if she does so should I." Dana states. "I have seen several suitable animals over the past two days, all I need is a sharp edge of some kind to cut the skins off and scrape the hides, then I can tan them with the bark from some of these trees and beat them with a rock to soften them, and I will have clothing again, suited to my new station."
You think for a minute, you haven't seen any stones since you arrived here, or felt them with your roots, let alone one with a sharp edge. You realize quickly that the 'Dark Shards' you are still carrying, though you lost several in the storm and the crash that followed, have a very sharp edge indeed. However, without a safe handle to wield them by you don't think it's safe to try to use them to skin an animal, and in point of fact since they are unidentified and you have no idea what they DO it's a bad idea to try that even if you could fashion a handle for one. You wrack your 'brains' trying to think of how to solve this dilemma for several minutes while Dana waits patently, (Your sojourn through the AEther having, all other benefits aside, at least taught you both patience.), before you remember something you heard an adventurer say in the canyon back in the server of your birth, just a snippet of conversation before your were burnt to a crisp but revealing all the same:
"-did you think of that Jungle Village? I've heard the Furrier's Shop is-"
The sound bite of conversation plays through your memory, and you smile toothily.
Dana, I think I might have an answer. You state into the rain drenched gloom of the jungle floor.
How long does it take them to find one of the villages? Does anything major happen along the way?

You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
