Firearms of the Wri Empire

M430 Superposed-Loaded Gyrorocket Carbine

Loaded with four 'barrels', each holding 30 6.5x35mm rounds that are electronically fired. The carbine is issued both with and without a stock where it is used for boarding actions. Once a barrel is emptied, the rifle will rotate the barrel to ensure minimal height over bore.

PTB-12/24 Superposed-Loaded Gyrorocket Pistol

The standard sidearm that is often used by policing. Both of its barrels hold triangle-shaped projectiles that allow the weapon to be rather compact. The weapon is loaded with either two-six or 12-round barrels, depending on its use.

PSG-430 Kneecapper Portable Sentry Gun:

This suitcase-size object is used as a mobile sentry gun to secure chokepoints in combat zones. They are loaded with 12 barrels from the M430. They can be set to fire on any unidentified targets or to be fired by a remote commander. Their rate of fire can be set at any time, but are often commanded to fire at a slow rate to maintain a steady rate of fire to suppress intruders.

The PSG-430 is commonly referred to as the 'Kneecapper' or 'Vasectomy Gun' as when deployed, it often only stands at knee height, leading to shots that only hit 'below the belt'. Many operators of the PSG-430 try to place it higher on objects such as tables to ensure the device will hit targets in vital areas.

In spite of its effectiveness, the PSG-430 does have a major concern, that is of enemy hackers accessing its systems and turning it against their users. Whilst this has yet to have happened in the field, many believe it is only a matter of time.

Pneumatic Baton

The hand-to-hand weapon of choice of most soldiers of the Sidus Galaxy. Able to cause devastating trauma via its piston-driven tip that often causes massive trauma to the point of impact, even against targets wearing armor. Also used for breaking through doorlocks. Strikes with the baton can also be used to incapacitate unarmored targets, especially the 'safety disk' near the head of the weapon to prevent an operator's hand from slipping onto the pneumatic end.

Pneumatic Batons are also sometimes used as bayonets in certain firearms. Additionally, in the field, some users have turned the baton into an improvised projectile launcher, sometimes using it to launch items such as grenades towards enemies.
