You can't crush his balls with your hands since they are so big so be begin to stomp on them. The Minotaur's testicles become tender but you can't seem to pop them this way. You jump up and land with your full weight on one of his balls and he wakes up and bucks in pain as his ball is crushed. Before he can protect his remaining testicle, you jump on that one and crush it too. He curls up clutching his balls and you leave him, now only having to worry about the traps in the tunnels. There is no point in staying here any longer and with the biggest danger of the labyrinth gone, you only have to worry about getting out of here before you starve and avoiding the more dangerous traps.
