You sneak your way quickly over to the throne as the lich and Nyllia exchange attacks, and you hope the key is even still in tact. You move up the stairs and hide behind the back half of the stone seat, and begin to search. As you peek out, Eva's Magic Bolt whizzes by and nearly takes out your eyes. It seems like everyone's joined in.

There it is. The key!

It looks cracked and worn, but it's still in one piece. You crawl over and pick it up, and then hustle back down the steps towards the cage.

You quickly wiggle the key around inside the hole, and to your relief, the padlock opens. You throw it to the side and open the door.

"Pretty quick" the girl finally speaks as she and the other make their way out.

"Good at crawling too," says the boy. "But uh, thanks for coming. I don't know what they had planned for us."
