Find some clothing on the sports field

My heart sank a bit (which ironically I'm not wearing), the sports field was on the busy side of the campus. There were always people there. But if I wanted to succeed, I had to. Carefully, while I still could, I headed for the sports field. Hiding behind bushes, hiding behind walls. Until I approached the field, everything was open there. At the board, I suddenly saw, my left sneaker and an envelope dangled.

"Fine then, a shoe!" I thought, "well it's better than nothing."

I opened the envelope and read:

Amira, congratulations you have found your first piece of clothing. Now the choice is yours, do you attract it or sacrifice it for a greater good.

"Hmm!" I thought as I read this, "a shoe would slow me down and I don't know what the 'greater good' is."
