Find Amara.

You, Mina, and Niki continue to wander, though it takes almost no time at all to spot a graceful elven figure with golden locks walking between the trees amongst patches of flowers grown by your resident dryad. Loose leaves and petals drift around her body, accentuating the natural beauty Amara bears. She's not dressed in her normal outfit either, so Luna has clearly been a workaholic as of late. The three of you approach, and Amara turns with a small yet warm and welcoming smile.

Her top is simple and white with short sleeves, but it's tucked into a belt leading down to jet black pants. The buckle of her belt is a tiny pink heart--matching the choker she still wears around her supple neck. Her feet are slipped into a pair of black flats as well.

"Ah. Hello there, everybody. It is wonderful to see you, Kyle." Her eyes light up at the sight of you, and she continues to stare affectionately towards your gaze. As the others greet her back, she walks slowly towards the group.

Mina gasps. "Wait. You call him by his first name? Does that mean you..."

Amara chuckles, though you can see pink start to cover her face. She nervously fidgets with the lock around her collar. "It is not that we are engaged or anything like that, though I do consider Kyle to be somebody incredibly close to me."

"It seems those who actually know about squeakins are really random. Do you, Amara?" you ask.

"They are most commonly found far to the southwest of Silverleaf, so I have heard of them, though meeting one? Not until Ms. Mina here."

"Well I love your new outfit. Want to come with us to find Eva? I wanted to talk to you three about something, since you're like, my inner council. My main party. I don't really want to make any large decisions without the three of you around."

Amara smiles wide as she reaches out to take your hand. "Oh Kyle. You're so sweet. Yes, I would love to come with you. It has been too long since the four of us have done something together, so I hope that will happen again soon."

"What is that you're wearing?" Mina asks curiously. She peeks up and stares at the choker around Amara's neck.

The elf touches her fingers to the lock nervously. "Uhm. Well, it is a special magic item that helps me with a certain weakness of mine."

"I have a weakness too!" Niki gloats for some reason. She crosses her arms across her bust. "But you'll never figure out what it is."

As she strolls on by, Amara's arm gently brushes against yours. You can feel the ends of her soft hair brush over your cheek, and you're greeted with the calming scent of flowers--a subtle smell, though it's captivating. She truly is a beautiful young woman, and it goes beyond the fact that elves have naturally attractive features. She doesn't show off her body like many other girls around, yet she's just as alluring.

Though before you leave, you feel a tug on your pant leg. When you look down, Mina seems uncomfortable.

"What's wrong?" you ask.

"It's just that... you have so many allies here already. And it seems like you already have a team. I'd be honoured to stay here and work as an artificer, but I feel like an extra wheel following you around right now. Clearly you've known these girls for a long time, and I've only just arrived."

"Nah!" Niki interjects. She reaches down and plucks Mina off the ground without any trouble at all.

The poor mouse flails as you get a view up her dress. She wiggles her legs and tries to escape, but she's heaved up and onto the warrior's shoulders. "What are you doing?!"

"Taking you with us. I know you haven't been here long, but I think you'll figure out pretty quick why Kyle finds it odd to be called Demon King."

"Shadow Garden... We're kinda the same, I suppose," she whispers.

Niki holds her passenger's legs securely. "Then come on. Let's go find Eva."

"But that doesn't mean I feel comfortable being carried!"

Amara giggles. She leans in close to you and whispers into your ear. "You are sweet, giving her a place to stay without a second thought. It makes this collar I wear quite frustrating at times, you making my heart race so quickly." Though it isn't a complaint you sense in her words. The gaze she gives you almost makes you blush but then she turns forward and begins to walk.
