Finally. Perhaps now is a good time to collect your thoughts.

After multiple interruptions, I'm now back in my bedroom. I place the Random Remote on the nightstand next to my bed where I also keep my phone. Now that I'm done with everything I have to do today, I lay down on my bed to get a little peace and quiet. Between all of the research for my paper and finding this magical gadget, it's safe to say that today has been pretty intense. I can't believe I just phrased it like that, as though it doesn't sound completely insane.

Actually, now that I think about it, since I finally have a moment to myself, this might be a good time to try and figure out everything I know about this remote. Doing that might help me if I decide I want to use it again.

I suppose I can start with the thing I noticed a few minutes ago with Michelle. I brought up the idea of a submissive being a term mostly used in sexual contexts. Actually, isn't pet play some kind of kink too? Maybe it's just my dirty mind again, but is it possible that the remote is specifically making sexual transformations? I guess that's something I should keep an eye on. But if that is true, that brings up another question: why? Was the remote designed to be sexual or does it have something to do with the fact that I'm using it and it's powers are catering to me? Honestly, that seems like a question that I'm unlikely to every find the answer to, but I still can't help but be curious.

The next thing I start thinking about is the actual transformation process. Based on the two attributes I've seen so far, it seems like these alterations will take at least some time to fully set in. I did notice an immediate change in both Mom and Michelle, but they both seemed relatively minor, so I can only assume those changes will become more prominent just like the attributes said they would. Both attributes also seemed to be mental changes. It's hard to say if that's a trend that will continue, but for the time being, I would say it's unlikely my mom is going to turn into an actual dog. By that logic, I guess that means she's going to turn into a human who thinks she's a dog. Or something like that. Again, it's a bit unclear, and still too early to be sure of anything, but I want to try and make some sense of what I know so far.

Speaking of attributes, I just realized something I hadn't thought of yet. When Mom and Michelle got these attributes the remote said something about them being "initial attributes." Does that mean they'll both get more attributes later? If so, how does that work? I guess it does kind of make sense, though. I wouldn't exactly call an overly loyal or affectionate woman a dog. And I don't think being docile is the only trait people associate with submissives.

Is there anything else I'm forgetting? I don't think I've noticed anything else since I started using the remote. I guess I did discover that I can't use it on myself, which seems a bit odd. Although, I probably should be thankful for that. I wouldn't want to turn myself into... who even knows what options are available on this thing? Anyway, what about that old lady from the shop? Did she give me any more information? She was pretty vague. Oh, that's right. I'm pretty sure she said something about these transformations being permanent. I won't be able to turn anyone I use it on back to normal and the remote only works on each person once.

I can't help but feel a little bad when I remember that. As weirdly hot as it is to make my mom think she's an animal, it's still hard to think that once that transformation is complete, that's just who she'll be from then on. I even feel a little bad for Michelle (although definitely not as much). But I still can't deny that there's a large part of me that loves the idea of doing this. Either way, I really should be carefully who I use this thing on now that I know that it really works.

After sitting in silence for a few more minutes, I think I've fully covered my current understanding of the remote and what I want to look out for in the future. As much as I would love to find something else to do tonight, I'm just too exhausted. It's been some time since I saw Michelle enter the bathroom, so she's probably done with her shower by now. I should probably take one of my own and then get ready for bed.

Over the course of the next half hour or so, I do just that. Once all is said and done, I find myself back in bed. As I get ready to fall asleep, I get one more look at the Random Remote sitting on my nightstand. It's hard to know what exactly is going to happen now that I have my hands on such a wild item, but it's safe to say that my life is about to get a whole lot more interesting...
