With the loose rules in the ring and focus on showmanship and fanservice, having something to show off could be a big advantage. It certainly helps grow your fanbase, and large chests can make for devastating weapons when used properly. Of course a particularly vicious heel might turn that advantage against you... and the largest weapons make for the largest targets.
