Emerald, meanwhile, was back at her dorm, acting as casual as possible despite her legs still being a bit sore from the fucking Duke had given her. Neo was out, and Cinder was just coming back.

"What do you want, Emerald?" the black-haired beauty asked, a bit annoyed.

"I'd like you to meet someone," said Emerald, firing off a quick, discreet text to Duke.

Duke heard his scroll ping and read the text. "Cinder here alone. Not sure how long she'll be here. Come quickly."

Duke grinned and made his way to Emerald and Cinder's dorm.
