You try to get through a door to what you think is your class when Angus Filch catches you. It turns out the door led to the Third-floor corridor that used to be out-of-bounds in 1991-1992.

"What you need is a good beating so you learn some respect," Filch says.

You feel the cane press against her panties.

You hear the high pitched sound of the cane slicing through the air before impacting your butt.

Filch does not hold back and you scream as the cane cracks against your panties. Although you cannot see it, you imagine there is a red welt raising through the fabric. Filch does not give you too much respite, but he does allow time for the pain to set in properly. Ten more strokes come slowly as Filch falls into a rhythm afterwards, savouring each moment of it and making sure the cane squeezes out each ounce of agony it can.

Filch slowly increases the power of his next strokes. They are brutal, but not as bad as what you got from your father. Everything is going numb. Filch compensates by beating you harder. The high-pitched sound of the cane slicing through the air, the dull thud each time it impacts your butt, it is getting louder.

Your world is rapidly diminishing to focus on fires dancing on your cheeks.

Agony. Pain. Humiliation. It is all interrupted by a ghost gliding out the door. Filch flees in terror. You see that it's the Bloody Baron that scared Filch. You decide not to waste anymore time and get to class.
