Now what do you do?

Figuring Out Your Life

A pop-up on your screen announces your stop, just as a chime and a pleasant female voice does so on the train's public-address system. Apparently, this futuristic train got you here faster than the one in the previous reality. You grab your bag and get up, along with several dozen others in the car and move to the door, exiting after the train glides to a halt.

As the crowd moves toward the stairways and elevators, you move toward the edge of the elevated station platform. It's a beautiful evening, with the day turning to twilight. The old brick buildings across from the train station look much like they should, although the ground-floor cafes and restaurants have tables spilling out onto what should have been a street. Cars are packed like sardines into the station parking lot, and you see a couple suddenly rise and then fly toward a pickup area.

In fact, as you raise your hand and your holographic screen appears again, you see a pop-up asking "Retrieve Vehicle?" You tap "Not Now" with your other hand, a little surprised that you can somehow feel the screen that isn't really there. You want to try to get your bearings a little before you go home, so you sit down on a nearby bench.

Looking through the contacts, your home address is the same, and most of the names look familiar. Too familiar, in fact -- you've got an oversized cock in this reality, and there's gotta be better and more futuristic ways to meet women, right? But you don't see any female names you don't recognize.

You find your text messages, and see that your parents are planning to vacation at the Sea of Tranquility Hilton for their 40th wedding anniversary, but you don't see anything that looks like it's from a girlfriend, or even a recent date.

What are you going to do about this?
