Fight and kick, bite her hand

"Let me go!" Machiko shouted, kicking with her soft-slippered feet and punching with her small fists against the woman's muscled thigh. Finally she bit down hard on her captor's hand, on the black silk fingers clamped over her mouth.

"Ouch!" the ninja screamed, suddenly raising something silver and bright in the moonlight, which she brought crashing down on Machiko's head.
