Fight!

Tusha was quick on the draw and was on the goon in a split second. She gripped his gun pulling him into the room then swung his arm around tossing him on his back. A second thug was already training his gun on Tusha ready to fire, causing Max to act on instinct. She moved for him and grabbed his gun swinging up so that the handle hit him in the jaw, Max spun the gun around and in a few short nozzle flashes two of the guys were shredded with bullets, blood spraying as they fell down dead. Meanwhile Tusha had slipped the army knife out of the goons boot she was busy with, she quickly used it to slit his throat, then with fluid precision, threw it into the other thugs neck, he choked then gurgled as he died. Max again spun the gun around so that she was holding the front end and then swung, whacking the last thug across the face knocking him out.

The girls looked at the results of there combat training, all five men were taken care of, they would have to make there next move quickly.

"They would have heard the gun fire" Tusha said, "More will come, we must split up."

"No" Max said simply, "You have two things I need." Tusha stared at Max, "the files you took from the safe, and answers."

"My orders are clear, eliminate Nikoli Garnovskaya and retrieve anything that would lead back." Tusha stopped herself from completing her mission objectives, "I am to hand these files to my superiors" she said simply, "why do you want them?"

"Because my mission is to bring down Nikoli and Nathan Richard's operations" Max replied. "Please. I have little time for mercenaries"...

..."I'm not a merc"...

.."It matters not" Tusha snapped, I will carry out my mission.

Max couldn't believe this. Tusha was loyal to whatever false ideals her government had fed her, loyalty without question, obedience to whatever order given. She was just like the Manticore transgenics. Max knew that if she wanted to get those files she would have to fight Tusha for it.

"Look honey, we don't have a lot of time here kay, there are at least another ten ex-KGB's trained to shoot first and fuck the rest. Now I can leave your ass to deal with that shit storm by yourself, or I can help you, but it's gonna cost you."

"You know you'll never get out of here alive with the whole place alerted. Times run out on you again, what's it gonna be?"
