Fight!

Adora was tired of running and looking to work off all the weight she put on today. While her hands were raised, she grabbed her sword and smacked the taser out of the Horde soldier's hand. She then raised her sword and shouted her catchphrase. Within seconds, she was She-Ra and not even the blaring alarm could scare her off. "Get behind me," Adora ordered, as more faceless guards arrived to take her on. The two shared a look before using her rear as cover.

More faceless forces arrived with ill-intent and opened fire. Adora received a jolt from the blasts but her blubber dulled the intensity ever so slightly. She then rushed them and smacked them to the ground with the flat side of her blade. For a moment, she was temporarily wedged in the doorway and saw reinforcements running towards her. "Glimmer, get out Bow out of here!" shouted Adora. "I'll hold them off and destroy the machine while you two get to safety."

"Are you nuts?!" Bow cried. "You can't take them all on!"

"I don't need to. I'll join you once I'm done. Now go!"

From the looks on their faces, it pained them to do what she said but they did and vanished in a sparkly flash. Once they were gone, she bashed her belly against the first soldier to reach her and stepped away from the door. She turned and launched the next trooper with a toot. She was glad her friends weren't around to smell that. Sparks flew as she dragged her sword along the ground and charged at the monolithic machine. Adora slashed at the machine and it lit up with warning lights and further alarms shrieked. Steam hissed in her face but Adora continued to hack away.

"Hold it right there!" Another batch of Horde soldiers arrived and pelted her with electrical bolts. She growled and ready to direct her anger back at her foes. She swiveled and did her best to block the projectiles with her weapon. By her count, there was at least eight troops inside with her and probably another dozen waiting outside. Adora was ready to take them all down but all of sudden, one of the stray taser blasts hit the tubes pumping toxic waste into the ground. An arc of sickly green waste spurted and showered the ample amazon.

It caused her skin to tingle on contact but it didn't burn. It just smelled awful. The Horde soldiers saw this and backed away as if it were lava. Adora didn't understand why but she didn't care. What mattered was saving Plumeria. One of the screens exploded and smoke poured out. The soldiers saw this and ordered a retreat. Smiling, Adora was about to chalk this as another victory but then the machine exploded and everything went dark. As she laid on the ground, Adora reverted back to her normal form and chemicals clinging to her soaked into her skin.
