Fast and loose

You set off towards the harbour and follow the sounds of hydrolics, heavy bass boosted music and loud engines. Walking towards the group of cars youu see a new race is about to begin so you issue a statement "Winner of the race gets to take me for a spin" before sitting on the hood of a car reaching under your skirt and pulling your panties off and down your legs before stepping out of them, picking them up from the floor (showing off your arse).
