Family Trip

It's been three years in the making. Three fucking years. They had the money to go on a trip the whole time. They could've gone on a flight and go to Disney, go see Hollywood, or go see some water falls. Instead, they waited three years. All to save money for the perfect trip. At least that's what her dad and brother said. They refused to give details about the place. They wouldn't even say which country or state the place in. Jess had a feeling that it was Vegas. It was the only explanation why her brother would be so excited and why they'd need to save so much money.

Over the three years, her and her mom managed to pry a bit of info out of them. Apparently it was one of the most expensive and highly related resorts in the world. They showed them screenshots from articles talking about it, and even showed some photos of the resort. The articles gave her a bit of hope that the wait would be worth it. The photos, not so much... The resort looked beautiful and gigantic. Anything she could think of, they had it. The only problem was that there wasn't a single person in the photo. It made her worry that it was a scam, that the photos were all AI.

Her dad and brother insisted that it was legit and her mom decided to trust them, so she tried her best to trust them too.

Three years later and they were finally at the airport. Ready for the trip of a lifetime.
