The view to earth was always a sight to behold for one Captain Jace Holland. Standing as he was on the Orbital Command Station of the United Earth Starfleet. Amethysts that contained immense energy, it outclassed all of the other warp units of its time. The ship had a large crew size and fulfill a number of tasks. While not like a warship, the Amethyst is equipped with an arsenal of impressive defensive weapons. The facilities were also made to make the journey of space as relaxing as possible.

“Are you sure?” Dani asked.

“My ship will be ready in two hours, we can get there and check it out within a day. No other team can get it done that fast. If the are pirates, The Amethyst can fight. The pirates aren’t stupid enough to take on a vessel this large.” Jace assured her mother.

Dani again sighed but nodded. “Okay, It’s likely not that serious. But be prepared for anything. That will be all Rachel.”

“Yes, ma’am…and Jace, please make sure Val is settled in onboard the Amethyst, treat her well.” Rachel winked before disappearing.

Jace nodded and turned back to his mother. “I’ll leave as soon as my ship is ready.”

“I know you’ll be ok. But I’m more than just an admiral in command. I’m a mother who cares about her family. Especially my kids.”
