Fall of Hyrule part 2

Zelda wandered about the castle. Not quite aimlessly, but trying to get her mind off Link's disappearance.

Looking out a window at the countryside, she hugged herself and muttered, "Oh, Link... If you weren't such a... Jerk!... I might've given you a kiss this time..."

"Erm, what is the matter, dear?" King Harkinian asked as he wandered near Zelda.

"Oh, it's just... Link and Spryte haven't been seen in days. Normally, Spryte comes back in a day or two, with Link coming soon after. I can't even remember what we argued about," Zelda said, a tear coming out of her eye.

"Well, Maybe he's trying to figure out why Ganon's gone silent. The underworld is a big place, after all," King Harkinian answered.

"True, but he could have asked me to come along," Zelda muttered.

"King Harkinian! King Harkinian! Princess Zelda! Strange vehicles have been seen in the skies above!" A kinght cried out as he ran towards the two.

Remembering some of the space ships and Airplanes that her friend, Princess Lana, showed her, Zelda asked"What kind of-"

The castle shook.

"Quick! Get the archers ready! Have the knights get the civilians to safety!" King Harkinian ordered.

"I'll use the Triforce of Wisdom to contact Princess Lana and get us some help!" Zelda quickly replied before she ran to her room.

"Good idea, Daughter!" King Harkinian loudly said. Then he looked at his knight and said, "Take me to the roof, so I may-"

However, the knight threw a deku nut at the ground. The Deku nut flash froze the King. The knight removed their helmet mask to reveal a Gerudo under the armor. She smiled as she produced some rope and quickly tied up the king.

Once in her room, Zelda smiled at the Triforce of Wisdom. Once she was next to it, she said, "Triforce of Wisdom, I need to contact Princess Lana and Captain N. I need their help! We're being invaded!"

When the Triforce of Wisdom didn't say anything, Zelda asked, "Triforce of Wisdom?"

When there was still no response, she cried out, "Not you too, Triforce of Wisdom! I don't have Link or Spryte! I need you!"

When Zelda touched the Triforce of Wisdom, she gasped as her hand went through it. Taking a closer look at the podium, she saw a small coin-sized device. Zelda picked it up and the Triforce of Wisdom moved with it, revealing the Triforce of Wisdom was a hologram.

"No... No... This... Can't be happening," Zelda cried out. After taking a deep breath, she grabbed her bow and said, "I guess we have to fight... Thank goodness Link made sure I can use this."

So Zelda headed to one of the ramparts, determined to show the castle forces that even the royal family would fight.

The catwomen air forces all chuckled as they flew their airplanes about Castle Hyrule, taking pot shots at the castle.

"Easiest mission yet..." One catwoman said.

"Huh... gonna need to adjust the machine guns on my plane. They're kinda crosseyed on mine," Another Catwoman muttered.

"Anyone else wanna play a game of HORSE? Let's fire at the heads of the knights as the game," A third catwoman said with a chuckle. "Everybody link up targeting systems and activate game mode!"

"Activated!" the rest of the catwomen replied as they activated the linkup and the HORSE mode.

Over the radio, Callie said, "The winner gets to be commander in the attack on Mega Kat City!"

As Zelda ran through the hall to the ramparts, she turned a corner and ran into a wall of metal and flesh.

"Oof!" Zelda uttered as she fell backwards. When she looked up, she saw you. "Who... Who are you?"

"I am Alex, the overlord. I can help you against the Sea Zora, the Gerudo, and even the airplanes, but it comes with a cost," You said in a gentle tone.

Zelda narrowed her eyes and began to stand up, but fell when the castle shook from another missile barrage. Not wanting to ask for help from an evil-looking person, but having ****,"What's the cost?"

"Surrender to me and agree to become my servant. I can promise that the Citizens of Hyrule will be protected from the invaders and I'll even raise the quality of living for them," You answered.

"Never. We will fight and win, even against you" Zelda said as she aimed her bow at you.

"Nayru's love," you sighed. A blue **** field appeared around you. "I had hoped you would come along peacefully."

"Who is Nayru?" Zelda asked, finding the name vaguely familiar.

"Do you not know the name of the goddess who created the Triforce of Wisdom?" You muttered as you began to walk towards Zelda. You muttered in annoyance,"Oh right... Christianity overtook the worship of the three goddesses in this world and pretty much allowed the worship of the three goddesses to fall into obscurity."

She fired a few arrows, all of which bounced off the shield. After realizing you couldn't be harmed because of the shield, Zelda ran off, hoping to find someone to help her, even making a small prayer that Link would show up to save the day, like he always did in the past.
