Factory Work

I worked my shift at the factory today. The machines were loud as always, and the rhythm of the work settled in quickly. There’s not much thinking involved — just repetition. Hours pass in small mechanical movements. I focus on finishing each task properly. It’s not exciting, but it’s stable. At the end of the shift, I felt tired but relieved. Another day completed. Another step forward.
