Face your pursuer

You don't like the look of the slime-covered room. It just seems like too much of a risk. The pursuer's footsteps sound heavy, so you think you can outmaneuver her if negotiations don't work out. You stand your ground, and wait as the footsteps grow nearer.

Your pursuer finally comes into view at the end of the hallway. As you expected, she's stark naked. She looks extremely human, aside from a few very important details. She plops you down in the middle of the floor and locks the door behind her. You take a look around at your surroundings. The room is full of assorted laboratory furniture, like desks and tables.

In the corner, there appears to be a worn-out red recliner next to a strange stainless steel machine. There's a monitor on the side, and a bunch of clear tubes connected to it. Tons of empty glass bottles are scattered around it. In the opposite corner, there is a small cage with a naked woman inside. "This time of year is so good for milk... I know I should leave some girls for the others, but I just can't help myself... Let's get started right away, shall we? C'mon, Alice..."

The purple-haired woman opens the door to the cage. Alice attempts to retreat to the back, but it doesn't do her any good. The woman grabs her by the leg and drags her out of the cage, flailing and screaming obscenities.

"M-Milk?!" You stutter with bewilderment. What did she mean by "make some fine milk?". Surely she couldn't mean...
