It didn't take the trio long to get to their destination - a small room with a couple vanities. The walls and floor from the other rooms carried on through to this one.

'Geisha wa keshō no shikata o shiru hitsuyō ga arimasu. (A geisha needs to know how to do her makeup.)'

Both Chouko and Naomi nodded, taking a seat at the vanity. There, Naomi took the time to wipe off the previous day's makeup.

'Aru Ni~Tsu, watashi wa anata no tame ni soko ni imasen. (One day, I won't be there for you.)'

The words roll out clearly through both maiko's heads. While still at the start of their training, they understood perfectly what she was talking about.

'Kono yume no ichibudesu ka? (Is this part of that dream I had?)'

Chouko looked down at the ground for a brief moment. Naomi noticed, but chose to voice any of her thoughts for the moment. She didn't get the chance to ask if Chouko had any sorts of dreams, mostly because her nightmare had overshadowed it at the time. Now, it seemed like a waste. Maybe.

Nonetheless, she blew her girlfriend a kiss. Asuka was less than amused though. Considering she was in the middle of teaching a valuable technique, that's pretty much fair.

'Chūiwoharau. (Pay attention.)'

In a way, that could easily apply to both women she was teaching at the moment. Once they got over this hurdle, the rest should be easy. Of course, that still meant having to teach both her pupils the proper way to present themselves at all times on top of the makeup lessons that she was holding at the moment.

Thankfully, both Naomi and Chouko paid attention during the tutorial. Of course, there was still a long way to go.

'Futatabi. (Again.)'

The next couple hours consisted of the couple applying and then taking off their makeup. By the fifth attempt, they had it pretty much down. Still not good enough.

It was the tenth attempt that got it. Didn't help that the last three attempts were ruined by lipstick imprints.

'Pāfekuto. (Perfect.)'

Chouko and Naomi got up, giving each one more kiss. No imprint. Which brought them quite nicely to the next lesson Asuka had for them.
