Ezekiel LaRue aka The Rougarou: The Beast of Bourbon Street

The last of the New Orleans superheroes.

Born in 1855, Ezekiel LaRue [170] was a slave who fled into the swamp to escape his masters. He was almost caught but thankfully was saved by the spirits of the swamp who gave him the power to transform into The Rougarou - https://powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Rougarou_Physiology, making him functionally immortal in the process.

By day he makes a living as a local historian and tour guide.

But by night - when the moon rises - he prowls the swamps and stalks the streets of Greater New Orleans, protecting the innocent from evil and injustice by fighting monsters and feeding on the blood of evil-doers, doing his best to stay out of direct site.
