Examine the cylinder

You pick up the cylinder and look at it in more detail. You see that it's not just a lump of stone, rather it's a carved artefact of an erect human penis, accurate down to the blood vessels running down the shaft. Then, without any warning, he vanishes, leaving behind only the artefact you had found on the altar. You manage to catch it before it hits the ground and return it to its place.
