Everything goes according to the plan.

Now we all walk in there You stop for a moment. You're about to do it! That's so exciting Let's go

You walk through the corridor, reach the door and push it.

You see a large, round space filled with various purple bright plants you have never seen before. The entire room's ground is covered in a light sand of some sort. Your eyes look through the ground until they reach the center, where you see, shining with power, the Pond of Amari.

You all walk towards the pond as you listen to your feet crushing the sand. When you are close enough to the pond, its surface begins bulging out, like something is coming out of the water, and it is. The bulge grows more and more, and once its out of the water, it gains shape. Some of the water drips back into the pond, what's left becomes darker and less transparent slowly until it gets a really dark color. Her legs and arms gain their proper definition, then her face looks more human. You've seen this before, so you know very well who it is. When the transformation is over, Amari's closed eyes stare at your group and her closed mouth speaks to you

"You. Puppet. Some kind of dark magic is stopping me from seeing your powers, but I know very well who pulls the strings. Tell me, what happens now? Were you not explained what I am? WHO I am? You won't be able to accomplish whatever petty, dirty goals you intend to reach. And speaking of dirty..." she turns to Torr "...the first man to get so close to my pond, and he doesn't even know what he's doing here. Pathetic. What's your name, bug?"

"...I'm Torr..." she clearly has some kind of authority aura, but they can't feel nor resist it.

"Never heard of it... but those two?" she looks at Liz and Jen "Elizabeth and Jennifer! I had expectations! I had hope! And I was let down so hard. But fear not for, unlike the others, you two have salvation. But that's enough idle talk. Let's go on to the next chapter: Divine Execution!"

Amari points her finger at Torr, and he screams in pain for half a second before his body explodes in a purple light. Jen and Liz are shocked, and you all can feel his soul vanish instead of being returned to be reborn. Jen is the first one to complain

"WHY? HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!" she screams angrily at Amari

The goddess' face becomes sad "It hurts me to see that this one's corruption has rooted itself so deeply in you. But fear not," she points at you "I'll free your soul from his grasp!"

Everything happens so quickly, but so slow. You can see some kind of energy leaving her finger and going in your direction. It travels through the air in many beams, it even hits you a few times, being humiliatingly absorbed by your magical resistance. Amari's face slowly turn into surprise, but she keeps firing for a second. One second. It's time enough for Liz. The healer jumps in front of you and is, just like Torr, destroyed in a purple explosion.

Jen sees it from very close. And without even thinking, the priestess points her own finger at Amari and releases her own purple beam. The beam goes through Amari and you can see she taking a Critical Hit from the Friendly Fire. It is enough to take all her health, and she falls into the pond. When Amari's body touches the water she releases a white explosion that you're pretty sure could be felt on the entire city. Jen immediately falls to the ground, almost dead.

You don't heal her. Instead, you look at Amari's body floating on the water. You take a few steps forward, making your feet touch the pond. You take a few more and your knees are submerged. You give two more steps before fully diving into the water, and when you do, you're on the purple space again.

This time you're really here and feel complete, but you know there's room for improvement.
