Escape the heat

Peach pulled at the collar of her dress, letting some of the trapped humid air escape. This was too much for her, or at the very least not in this outfit. The area seemed endless as were the enemies. And for some reason she couldn't figure out just where she was going and why she was fighting other than to not be caught. It was always capture wasn't it.

The princess needed time to sit and think, somewhere she could escape the heat and pursuit. She just needed to find a place to set up camp for just a bit. Bringing a hand over her eyes to sheild them from the sun, Peach looked around. She could try some of the tighter packed trees for their shade..., or maybe one of the caves that dotted some of the rock formations. Maybe one of those large vases, as she had gone inside to find a room and a key..., along with snakes and masks... that could be dangerous. Further off she saw a familiar green hue of pipes. Perhaps she could hid there but who knew where it went?

She started to think of other options when she heard commotion coming closer. Whatever she had to do, it had to be quick; fight or hide...., but hide where?
