Natsu and Grey continued fighting, until Loke, who had fled an interaction from Lucy, returned and shouted, "Natsu, Grey, Erza's back!"

They stopped immediately and started acting like best friends in a painfully **** manner as Erza entered the hall, carrying a massive horn from a beast she had slain. Natsu gazed at her, then wondered briefly why he was still scared of Erza... Even if he wasn't strong enough to beat her now, he did have the Sex Note... Still, until he decided on what to do with her, he'd play by her rules... Plus, he wasn't planning to compromise her strength or fighting spirit, he still wanted to fight her after all.

He hadn't expected Erza to demand his and Grey's help though... And with that, he, Happy, Grey and... Lucy got ready to go. Lucy?

"What's the deal with you showing up?" Natsu asked.

"Mirajane asked me to mediate between you two," Lucy sighed. "Not sure why she thought I could do it actually..."

"Don't bother, we're perfectly fine with fighting when Erza's not around..." Natsu grumbled.

"Exactly, like I'm getting along with this hotheaded idiot," Grey remarked.

"What was that!?" Natsu demanded, getting in Grey's face.

"Thanks for proving my point, moron!" Grey shot back.

As the two bickered, Lucy sighed... Before she then brightly said, "Oh, hey Erza-san!"

Instantly, Natsu and Grey hugged again. "We're the best of friends today!" they shouted in unison to... Empty air? It clicked in Natsu's mind as Lucy started laughing, doubled over.

"This could be fun!" she chortled.

Okay, Natsu had to admit, that was well played... He was still getting back at her for that though...
