Erik Killmonger is given a chance

Erik Killmonger woke up and found himself in a meadow within a glade.

He sat up and noticed he was half naked with just an embroidered loincloth around his waist.

“Is this the afterlife?” Erik wondered aloud.

“No it isn’t, Erik Killmonger,” a soft, melodic voice said.

Erik jumped to his feet and looked around.

“Be at peace, tortured one. We mean you no harm.”

A group of six divinely beautiful women suddenly appeared and approached. Erik had to rub his eyes to make sure he wasn’t dreaming. They were the most stunningly beautiful women he had ever laid eyes on. They consisted of four white women and two asian women.

The women were tall, even a little taller than Erik. They wore clothing of otherworldly beauty, though the designs looked somewhat medieval.

“Who are you? Where am I?” Erik asked

“Who we are does not matter for now,” said Amaterasu.

Hera spoke, “You are dead. You are merely passing by this place on your journey to the afterlife.”

“You have been allowed in here to be presented a choice,” said Quanyin. “You may pass on to your ****…”

“Or accept our offer to be reborn,” said Aysyt.

“Reborn?” Erik asked, looking intrigued. “I get to go back? Back to Wakanda?”

“Should you accept rebirth, you must resolve to let go of the past. You shall be a completely new man,” said Frigga.

“I take that is a no?” Erik replied.

“You won’t have a reason to return,” Frigga replied.

“We offer you, not only a new life, but a new destiny,” said Hera.

“You have potential,” said Aysyt, “A rare and precious potential to excel at a cosmic level.”

Gaea nodded, “Should you accept our offer, you will lose all your earthly connections. Your soul shall be cleansed anew. Free from bondage of the past.”

“So choose, tortured one,” said Amaterasu, “Move on and live anew, or die clutching to your past.”
