Erica chooses to walk the path of fate

Upon gathering the nerve to take action, Erica decided to trust her future to the combinations of her gifts and what fate has shown her in that memory as she trusted them on that day when choosing to rescue a helpless child from the monstrous vampire that tried to kill him. The choice she made then lead her back to him in the club and to this moment in time. Erica gathered the few items she brought with her and the photo album that she found and left John's apartment for home so she could prepare what she'd need to find him. How ever their next meeting ended she believed that fate wanted them together as it had brought them to the same location twice already.

After arriving at her home, she started packing some supplies for travel and added the album to the case hoping that it may convince him not to attack her if he'd listen to her first. As uncertain of the futures path was it was her sincere belief that it would be worth walking for even the slightest chance that she could find love directed at her after the last century of being alone. it really boiled down to the simplest of concepts to Erica; it was better to risk **** chasing after the possibility of a future full of love than to die alone and miserable. Granted this path was more likely to get her killed but then again being dead meant not having to feel alone ever again. Grabbing her travel kit and keys, Erica left he home and headed to her car to follow her Heart and Gifts wherever they would take her along this new journey..
