Erica, a 27-year-old pharmacy student

This is my first chapter, so any critique is welcome. Let me know where things should go going forward!

"Welcome to a new episode of Bimbo or Billionaire!" cried an amplified voice from somewhere in the darkness. Erica was shocked and disoriented by the sudden exclamation. One moment she was at home preparing to unwind after a long day and the next thing she knew she found herself somewhere else entirely. The immediate relocation was enough to knock her off her feet. Before she could respond, a spotlight lit up a stage floor and an audience of eager spectators.

"Well, crap." she said.

Erica didn't like to watch reality tv herself, but she had heard enough talk to be familiar with this show. Big rewards and bigger changes made for great tv, she supposed. If you asked her, it was all a perverse circus. The kinds of people who applied were either blinded by desperation for the money or masochistic fetishists.

"And let's all give a hand for today's contestant, Erica!" announced the host, Jack. "I'm afraid we were short of volunteers this week, so we had to resort to our random selection algorithm. Erica here is our lucky guest! She's a pharmacy technician at the corner drugstore working at getting her degree so she can get a promotion. She's smart, hard-working, and easy to look at! Now why don't we hear from Erica?" he finished.

Recovering from the initial surprise, she stood up shakily. She was dressed for a night in with a simple t-shirt and sweatpants. Her body was somewhat average, but she was quite pretty. Long brown hair framed a round face that was currently forming a snarl.

"You can't just draft me into this!" she yelled. "I know how things turn out for the idiots who volunteer for this."

"Actually, we can!" Jack said gleefully. "Feel that choker on your neck? That's what's going to be implementing your changes for the show. Refuse to choose a case and I'm afraid I'll have to give you punishments until you do."

As soon as he said this, Erica felt her neck. A thin black choker fit perfectly to her skin. She knew better than to get her hopes up, but she tried and failed to remove it all the same. It was worth a try.

"The audience may notice that we've done some innovating to get the technology from our old control collars into a more compact design. Why's that you ask? We'll get to the specifics later, but for now just know that this new design allows us to send changes your way wherever you happen to be without the conspicuous collar around your neck."

"And it looks super cute!" chimed in Chrissi.

"Of course! I forgot to introduce our lovely assistant!" Jack said, feigning ignorance. "Chrissi will be opening all of your selected cases as well as helping to show off your changes when applicable. I think we're ready to go now, so how about you give her a number so we can get started?"

Erica tried to think of a way out, but it didn't look like there was much choice. She could play along and maybe get some of the cash cases or take her chances testing the power-crazed host. It wasn't worth it she decided. She might as well see what changes she needed to avoid first anyway.

"Fine, 1." she replied curtly.

Chrissi walked over to the cases and after some thought picked up the one with the "1" printed on the front. Opening the first case revealed a dress icon.

"Clothing change!" Jack announced. "It seems you'll be slipping into something a little more appropriate for our show. Naturally, that means it won't be considered appropriate anywhere else. Let's see what the audience has to choose from!"

1. Aren’t you a little short for a skirt? - Skirts are mandatory, but only if they cover the bare minimum.

2. Oops! All Swimsuits - The only "suit"-able attire will be revealing bikinis or at least a tight one-piece.

3. Anything but Clothes - Erica can't wear anything that would normally be considered clothing, but she can cover her body with anything else (a towel, body paint, a trash bag).

4. Feels like I'm wearing... - Nothing at all! Erica is going to be nude for the foreseeable future.

5. Mental Mix-ups - This one is a mental change, but it has to do with clothes so... Erica will forget how she's supposed to wear each item of clothing. All she knows is that she needs to cover up somehow.
