Erica's step-father removes her panties himself.

Erica didn't know how to respond to a parental figure telling their adult child to take off their panties. It felt as if the floor had fallen out from beneath her feet and she was floating there, waiting to drop. She didn't trust her voice, so she simply shook her head from side to side as fresh tears rolled down her face.

Losing his patience, her step-father decided to take things into his own hands. He kneeled down in front of his step-daughter and raised his hands, almost as if to comfort her, but his hands did not reach for her face. Instead, they rested at her hips where he grabbed the waistband of her panties to remove them himself.
