What's next?

Eric claims ownership on the entire school body; his living quarters are complete

Over the next few weeks Eric worked to write his name on every student in the school as well as the teachers. He made sure to extract funds from students that came from wealthy families.

He also oversaw the construction and interior design of his new home within the school. The two storage rooms beside his office were converted into a spacious bedroom and living room. His office remained but was upgraded with the latest entertainment systems. All the furniture was brand new and designer made. There was even an ensuite bathroom constructed, complete with a huge jacuzzi. He also hired a personal chef that worked in the canteen to provide him with any food he wished for.

Despite all these outrageous demands, no one questioned his words. Even if there was a problem, he would just use the marker to claim ownership.

He was now the king of the school. It was the dawn of another day.
