The land of equestria and the rest of the world was conquered by the human empire, even with the magic of friendship they weren't a match for their extremely advance weaponry and technology, now the only remaining free creatures in the world are forced to hide most of them refuging themselves on the everfree forest on the old abandoned castle of the two sisters, where some powerful unicorns kept up a forcefield to keep the invaders out.
