Epistemological Disruption

Epistemological disruption is a condition that can be very debilitating depending on what form it takes. It limits one's ability to receive knowledge.

This not limited simply to memory or even perception. This is a fundamental disruption of the process of converting sensory input to knowledge.

The disruption can take many forms, some more severe than others.
