Epilogue

It was a few weeks after the warehouse incident. Things had calmed down after the commotion, and Gabriel had hired Dana to work at Acropolis. She still needed therapy to deal with everything that had happened to her, but Dana was strong - she knew she would recover from her wounds.

She was in the subway, leaving after a long day of work. She zoned out as she looked over the city skyline.

She was brought back to the real world by a "ding!" sound. It must be her phone. She was tempted to ignore it, but somehow, she open up her phone - if nothing, it would help her kill some time.

Her heart skipped a beat as she saw the sender: Amanda.

"Hey, do you want to go get a coffee after work sometime? I've been busy with work, but I was hoping to talk to you sometime."

Dana smiled as she began typing a response.

It was a date.
