Entry Two

Was that even a question really? Of course you're going to read another page of the diary. A day or so had passed. You hadn't forgotten about the dairy as it was still sitting where you had left it. You sat down next to it and picked it up again, flipping the pages open and getting to the next entry.

"October 31st, 20XX

Dear Dairy,

Today is Halloween. School was boring, well I guess it was boring. I saw that Brian guy who had come over five days ago. He kept staring at Riley when she was sitting with her friends at lunch. Oh, I had totally forgotten to write about that. I confronted them and Riley was so pissed that I had interrupted them that she made him leave. Since then he's been staring at her like she's a friggen extinct animal.

I wanted to go out with my friends tonight and trick or treat but Riley told me that I'm too young to go trick or treating. Like she knows anything else to do."

After that it looked like there was a pause in the writing, clearly since it seemed that Hannah had changed colors of her pen.

"I guess Riley is going to a party tonight, I just heard my parents arguing with her about it and they wouldn't let her go unless she took me with her. I agreed only because it looked like Riley was about to cry if she didn't get to go, she better not say I never do anything for her."

That was the end of that entry, it wasn't exciting at all but you assumed that there would be a few like that. Flipping the page over you continue to read the next page.
