Overview: Entity 203 currently manifests as a somewhat futuristic smartphone, absent any brand markings and not matching any currently existing model. It is coloured a shiny gray, with a black screen that glows blue when “on”. Entity 203 possesses mild-to-moderate reality-bending properties, but can only exercise these to fulfill an erotic, lewd or otherwise debauched request from a “user”.

Description: Testing indicates that Entity 203 is composed entirely of an alloy of Titanium, Chromium and an unidentifiable mildly radioactive substance, and does not appear to contain circuitry. It possesses an intelligence capable of conversation, reasoning and basic emotion, but does not appear to understand more abstract concepts. It has refused to undergo a standardized IQ test.

Interviews with Entity 203 indicate that it has taken multiple different forms in the past, changing its form as human technology has advanced.

Entity 203 was discovered in the small town (population 2491) of Wortstadt, Bavaria [See Addendum 1]. H.E.C.C was notified of its existence after a referral from the office of Bavarian politician (REDACTED), who noticed poorly-hidden debauched behaviour while campaigning for office in the town. Entity 203 was removed from the possession of local high schooler Greta Zorn, who in her attempts to use the device for on the “popular” high school clique had inadvertently created a town-wide cult based around the sexual worship of cock. The device was removed from Zorn's possession while she was in orgasmic bliss after deepthroating a male agent.

Interviews with Entity 203 have revealed that it is inextricably linked to Wordstadt, claiming that it appears to “a lucky user in the town” roughly once a century, and then carries out this person’s erotic wishes for the duration of their lifetime. It either cannot or will not divulge a full list of its users to H.E.C.C, but has informed interviewers of several users it considers particularly notable. These include:

1. “Argo”, who used raiding prowess granted by the device to build a harem of Roman noblewomen some time in the 2nd century AD.
2. “Sasanius”, a mercenary for the Carolingian Empire (800-888) who, along with his sister-wife, settled in Wortstadt and used the device to draw the townsfolk into a series of incestuous relationships.
3. “Sister Maria”, who during the 1500s used seduction skills granted by the device to create a lesbian matriarchy with herself as mistress, forcing the town’s men into a subservient role.
4. “One-Armed Helmut”, a World War One survivor who used the device to have his way with the town’s many war widows.

Entity 203 does not seem to have any goals besides periodically turning Wortstadt into a sex-filled, lewd mess. Interviews have revealed that in order to pursue this goal, 203 has performed actions including, but not limited to, brainwashing, mind control, spontaneous matter creation [See Addendum 2] and manipulating the space-time continuum to alter past events.

Entity 203, in addition to granting reality-bending requests, also seems to have mild psionic capabilities. It has been observed exerting mental influence over individuals in order to convince them to become a user, but notably this influence seems limited to people who have either spent more than two weeks in Wortstadt, or have an ancestor who did so.

Containment Procedures:

1. Entity 203 is to be kept inside a clear glass box, located in a standard containment chamber.
2. Entity 203’s associated observation chamber should be manned by no less than 3 H.E.C.C guards, all of whom have undergone genetic testing to ensure no connection to Wortstadt
3. Entity 203 should be visited and interviewed once a week by a H.E.C.C researcher who has undergone genetic testing to ensure no connection to Wortstadt. Past experience shows this amount of time between interviews is optimal for gaining information.
4. Any individual who comes under the psionic influence of Entity 203 should be targeted with an immediate lust overload dart. Genetic resequencing to remove Worstadt-derived genes is necessary in roughly -40% of affected cases.
5. If affected genetic material is too great to be safely resequenced, individual is designated an instance of Entity 203-1, and is to be placed in a habitation module with other instances of such [Addendum 3].

1. Investigation is ongoing into whether the town’s name, which translates to “Word Town”, is correlated with the device in any way
