Entering the water

Bubbles rise to the surface of the water as it seems Gilly’s attempt at giving you privacy is on a time limit. You feel the coarse rock under your feet as you walk through the shallows to enter deeper water. Petra enters behind you as Gilly bursts up from the water taking a huge breath of air.

“Bwah! Welcome to The Gilly Pool.” Gilly clears his long silver hair from his eyes and he smiles widely. Petra covers her breasts as she now enters waist high water behind you. Though her stature is timid, her voices carries a good degree of attitude.

“Gilly pool? Is that a first draft or the end of your creativity?”

“All the great explorers name stuff after themselves! Like Old Garrisport!”

“That really a good example lad?” You say amused. “Heard a lich blew that place up a while back.”

“But the lich didn’t blow up its name! Thus, Gilly pool!” Gilly beams proudly as Petra seems slightly exhausted by his theatrics.

“Alright wise guy, what exactly are we gonna do here at the ‘Gilly Pool’? I’d hardly call this frigid water relaxing…” Before Gilly can open his mouth again you speak up.

“Fancy to play a game either of ya?” Gilly looks immediately sold on the idea. Petra turns to you.

“Interesting. Any suggestions Iyda?”
