Enter Aurora

Her heels announced her arrival. All eyes followed her as she waltzed into class. She wore a tight pencil skirt, below a white button up top. Her face was serious, and although the movement of her hips was distracting, it too was all about business.

"No way," whispered Padma. From the reactions she was getting, it seemed everyone knew who she was. I couldn't get a good view of her face, to see if I knew her too. But soon it didn't matter as she reached the front of class. With a wave of her wand, her name was quickly written on the board.

Aurora Celeste

She turned towards the class serious as ever, sizing us up. I knew that name from somewhere.

"I used to work with your last Professor, Mad Eye Moody as you affectionately called him, the real one. I mean," said Aurora. Her voice was confident, and powerful. The lipstick on her lips bright red. I could even see the outline of a bra beneath her white shirt. Her dark hair hanging in a ponytail behind her head.

"Aren't you a little young to have worked with Professor Moody," said Finnegan? Aurora did look younger, but more so as if she were on the edge or beginning of thirty. Still her expression held firm.

"I will take that as a compliment," said Aurora, "But I am old enough to have seen the end days of Voldemort. And also old enough to be your mother." The crowd collectively gasped that she would use his name so freely, but it made sense for someone who fought with Moody.

"You can be my mum alright," Whispered Finnegan under his breath. He said it just loud enough for the whole class to hear it. His ears reddened when Aurora's eyes descended on him. It was anger I had only seen from my own mother.

Aurora raised her wand slightly, and the chair beneath Finnegan was thrown from underneath him. He fell to the floor, with a girlish scream, papers fluttering around him.

"As I was saying. I have faced off against some of the worst this world has to offer. I come at Dumbledore's request."

Aurora turned looking again at everyone in the class. Until her eyes settled on the crown jewel of Hogwarts.

I saw the first smile grace her lips as her eyes found me. And it wasn't subtle. Her eyes lit up, her beautiful white teeth peeking beneath her lips, as she continued to speak.

"And I am really excited to be here. I'm not easy...The syllabus I brought isn't." Aurora turned away, after fumbling her words, and her smile faded away. Her eyes moved about the room with her ponytail bobbing behind, before her eyes settled back on me.

"What the fuck," whispered Padma. My eyes were stuck on Aurora as we looked at each other. Her smile seemed so genuine, so peaceful. I had to imagine it would look even better between my legs. I felt Padma pinch my thigh.

"OWE," I said. But Padma kept pinching.

"Is dark arts really giving you a boner right now," asked Padma? It wasn't my fault that my studies were so important to me. Professor Aurora had turned around, and now my eyes were locked onto her ass as she reached for something. Dark Arts could be interesting this year.

As soon as the class ended, we were on our way out. But I took one final moment to look back at Aurora. She was looking back at me, with a half smile on her face. For a moment we looked at each other, stuck.
