Enter: The Experiment (Alternate Universe)

Daichi Siboten was not a man to be content with a failed son. Daichi tried over and over again, but he didn't try the normal way. Daichi had given up on having a son- an heir, through sex.

Daichi looked to his most prestigious lab, instead. He wanted a child who would gain more than just Daichi's own quirk, and he was sure his lab could create a child with two quirks. The only question left for Daichi was, which other quirk? Daichi spent three years testing, finding failure after failure. So many useful quirks, so many failed pairings. It all came down to Ayama. The most likely to work, Daichi saw the irony in creating a new child between himself and Ayama, one that would inherit both their quirks, one that should be better than his first son in every way.

Daichi greenlit the procedure, and it found success. Hiroki Siboten, the true heir, at least in Daichi's eyes.

//AUTHOR'S NOTE//

This branch will act as a second, separate canon story. In this branch, Haruki exists, but dies during middle school (Conspiracy? PERHAPS.). Hiroki, despite being around three years younger than Haruki, goes through some artificial aging, making the two the same age. Neither of them knew of the other, and Hiroki won't even know about Ayama for some time.

TL;DR This branch will not interact with the main story, and acts as an alternate universe of sorts.
