Enough beauty sleep!

I blink twice. I can't move my body, and everything is numb. The beeping of hospital equipment has become the same as silence to me. The door opens, and Avery walks in. "So, not only was the procedure a success- but we also managed to implement our new methodology, which means your recovery should be even shorter. We'll want you to regularly come to physical and mental therapy while you go through this adjustment, okay?" I nod. "I know you can't talk yet, it's the pain meds still wearing off, well-- the big ones. You'll be on pain medication for a little bit, just not nearly as strong. Even with how gentle our procedure is, it's still rough on the body to have such a change." I smile. "So, let me cover some of the biggest changes." She opens a list. "Your body, now being female, will have to go through a menstrual cycle. We're inhibiting it right now, but, sorry." She chuckles, "I'm sure Cassidy will take some joy out of having you finally experience what she's had to go through her whole life." I smile. "On top of that most women naturally generate a hormone that attracts them to dark-skinned men, just of varying levels. The production of this hormone is encouraged by many factors, so we calculated where you should be based off of your history, and used some stimulants to try and get you there. Cassidy smile, reaching over and kissing me, on the lips-- it's been a while since that happened. "You're a girl now, so it's okay." I smile. Vivi, "Cassidy and Vivi are going to the femdom area today. We will record something for you." I tilt my head, femdom? Cassidy blushes, looking away a bit. "Hey, gotta wake up again, sorry." It's Avery. "Oh, hi." Words come out of my mouth. I can feel most of my body again. It aches, but not too bad. My voice though, it's so soft and sweet now. I already sounded extremely girly before but, goddamn. I smile, blushing. "Happy with the results?" I nod, "Absolutely." Avery chuckles, "Theo came in to check on you, but didn't want to wake you up." Aww, what a sweet guy. I smile, "He's great." Avery nods, "Absolutely." She wheels a chair over, "Okay, so, it's time for another dose of inhibition medication, can't have you menstruating until your feeling returns completely. Sorry, I'd love to have your first period cramps be numb, but we need you feeling to make sure everything is working." I nod, "Makes sense." She brings over a syringe, I brace myself. One small poke and it's over. "There we go." She smiles, "So, about that hormone." I smile, "Yes, you have my consent to increase it as much as you want." Avery smiles. "Perfect." I tilt my head, "So, what factors actually change how much of that hormone a woman has, and, well, why do we have it?" Avery smiles, "Ahh, good questions, I'll answer them inversely. Women haven't always had this hormone, but instead, evolved it recently. While only discovered thirty years ago or so, we believe a form of this hormone has been slowly forming between generations. I nod, "I see. I feel the same way." Avery nods, "I'm glad. It is to be said, however, that the amount of this hormone has simply increased over time, in, well, all women." I nod, "I see." Avery, "It's just nature correcting course, and in most situations I want to let people and nature do their own thing. I don't think it's right to mess with it." "So, this hormone, does it have a name?" I inquire. "Yes, Piquegen. Which, Pique is the french word for 'pike'-- referring to the spade symbol on playing cards." I smile, "I see." Avery continues, "So, while we can synthetically produce this hormone, it's temporary. Over time, doses can encourage more growth, but, it takes longer than increasing it on your own. A sigh of relief, "The faster I recover the better." Avery smiles, "Good girl. Now get some rest." I smile, closing my eyes. I fade out again.

I wake up naturally this time, and stretch my arms. I feel much better. I stretch my neck as well. I take a deep breath. The quiet is nice. It's time for my favourite part." I blink, slightly confused, "Oh?" She walks over, and grabs a blindfold. "Put this on." I do so. The blankets on me are taken off, finally, and some monitors and other things are removed. The sound of a metal arm squeaks, and Avery speaks up. "Alright, take it off." I do so, and am looking at a mirror over me. My new, naked body. Tears instantly well up as joy fills me. I'm gorgeous, and a woman-- but still me. Vivi wanted me to let you know that, apparently, Cassidy can't visit for a short while. I told her that's actually ideal so we can get you moving again." I laugh, "Oh, why can't she?" Avery laughs, "Apparently it's because she's being trained, which is 'going nicely'." I blush, laughing. "Cassidy's got a knack for submitting to people." Avery teases, "Everyone but you, of course." I laugh out loud. "Very true! But I'm a beautiful girl now. I have a chance." Avery raises her eyebrows, "There's no way you could ever dom anyone. I know you, you submit at the snap of someone's fingers." She giggles. I blush, "...Fuck. You're right." A chuckle. Avery smiles, "Which, unfortunately do to the fact that I am your doctor, I will be your first sexual experience as a woman. I have to make sure everything works, and I'm trained enough not to hurt anything while it's still sensitive." I nod, blushing. "I won't complain, you're beautiful." She chuckles, "Oh trust me girl, I know." A grin.

Avery helps me out of bed, and I take my first steps as a woman.
