Enough Backstory, Let’s Begin

Now that you’ve heard the backstory we can get on with the actual story.

It had been a week since the accident and you hadn’t been able to go back to school yet, honestly you had no idea what would happen. Obviously you couldn’t go back as yourself because of your recent gender change, you would have to become a whole new person.

It was hard enough for your family to deal with the sudden change so convincing your friends and teachers that you had turned into a girl wasn’t going to work, you were going back to school as someone else.

You yawned as you slowly woke up and pulled yourself out of bed, you knocked on the door of your twin sisters bedroom and went to her closet to take some of her clothes. You grabbed a pink top and a black skirt to go with it and quickly got dresses before going into the kitchen and making yourself a bowl of cereal.

You sit at the table where your mom, dad and older sister are sitting and quickly eating your cereal, not wanting to be late for school.

“So Alex, how are you going to explain your changes at school?” Your older sister Ellie asks you curiously.

“Well since I’m a girl now I’ve decided that I’ll introduce myself as Alexis and just say that I’ve transferred from a different school or something. It’s gonna be a lot easier than explaining it.”

“Well if you need any help with fitting in as a girl let me know.”

“Thanks sis, I gotta go.” You flash her a small smile before walking out of the door, beginning your short journey to school.
