On second thought, why should you interfere? Both women are free to fight with all their power. Also you enjoy seeing Hillary Duff being overpowered.

Her ass is bright red by now but Lindsay does not look like she is about to stop abusing Hillary's backside as a punching ball.

"Since this match is so one sided, I don't think it counts as interfering if I help Lindsay out instead," you think to yourself. You wish time to slow down for everyone but you and Lindsay. Not stopping it, just slowing it down. You also wish that Lindsay does not realize what happened, so she just continues to spank the red ass under her hand. The only little difference is that now she is hitting Hillary's backside at least 5 times every second.

It does not take long for Hillary to scream loudly. "I can't take it anymore. Please. Please stop. P-Please just... don't... ahh, please stop.... ouch, please stop..."

You use your powers to at least make Lindsay understand what Hillary is saying, which seemed to be a good idea, because not even 1 minute later she is giving up.

So how will you let this play out? Will you go to the 'reward' for the winner, or do you want to change the past to state a rule that makes surrendering null, because only you can choose when it is over? Or maybe even something completely different?
