English class

It was a week past where all of the stuff had happened where I had read everyone's mind and help nudge them in all sorts of separate ways. I was seated in the back when Ms. lane called out."Okay everyone we are going to be partnered up with some one else from the class.This is a project that will take from now all the way to the end of this semester." everyone groans before she continues."This project will focus on a major English author and what type of influence they had on the world. for the pairs there will be no switching, so when you come up here and see the person you are partnered up with go sit next down next to them.". After everyone else goes and gets up the final few people left standing are some of the nerds and for some reason Abagail is still standing up."probably looking to find the other person she is partnered up with. I'm surprised when I look down at the list and then look up at Ms. Lane who has a sympathetic look on her face. I'm paired with Abagail how in the hell did this happen? I look over at her and she seems to be silently fuming and mad at the face.

I sigh to myself before heading back to pick up my back pack and find a new table in the back that has a open seat next to it. Abagail comes and sits down in that seat before any other group can. She looks at me for a second before getting a look on her face and turning back to the front of the class and towards the teacher."Okay now that everyone is in there groups lets start with the writers that you will be covering." she prattles through the list before finally getting to both me and Abagail." okay you two you will be covering Shakespeare and the work of romeo and juliet. I just look at her and nod and Abagail just looks a way and nods to herself. Ms. Lane just nods and then moves onto the next group and I try and get Abagail's attention by shaking her shoulder."Hey so if we are going to be doing this I thought that we could meet in the library after you are done with practice." She just continues to nod along in her own little world so I try and read her mind.

"How in the name of all things holy and un holy did I get paired up with this shit for brains idiot." I cringe softly at that as to not alert anyone. Before I continue reading her mind."Maybe I show up to the library maybe I don't I could always do this by myself and see how good of a grade I can get and tell Ms. Lane that shit for brains here didn't do any of the work and then get him in trouble with her. Maybe I could also claim that if he does his own project on the same subject I could try and claim plagiarism on him and that could get him into some serious shit." She smiles a little bit to herself on the outside. I just cringe and make a mental not that if she does try and claim any of this to find a subject far away from hers and to make sure to talk every thing over with Ms. Lane before going on."But you know what for know though just to see what type of shit this idiot might be able to find I first send Tyler and Nathan after him and then if he shows up to the library after to see what he has started and what he has come up with.". I frown to myself before I stop concentrating on her and realize that the bell was ringing and that she along with everyone else was leaving.

I get up from the seat I am sitting in and see that Ms. Lane is looking at me with a frown on her face."I assume you want to talk about the group you are in.". I nod before responding." Yeah i'm just wondering did you put me into this group or did some thing happen that made this group?" she looks at me thoughtfully before responding."Truly I wouldn't have put you in a group with her because of how much I know about the two of yours relationship. Now I thought about trying again and here me out. I thought that maybe if you two did a project together it might help at least try to lessen the tension between the two of you and if it didn't well at least there was a try." I shake my head before saying."so if this does work out this is a good thing but if it doesn't work out it's a bad thing?"."Yes basically." I look down at the ground."Well I will give it my best shot but I don't know how much of a help she will be if she either hinders it or if she will actually help me with any of it." I nod at her and she looks deep in thought."If at any point it doesn't feel like it is going to work at all the just come to me and I will dissolve the group and the two of you can do your own separate projects. Got it." I nod my head and the first bell for the next class rings."Now hurry along I would hate for you to be late for your next class." I smile at her before walking out the door and say to myself."If only you knew what was going to be coming to me before we even get to have the first meetup.

Well in the final class of the day I text Lindsey that it won't be till later that i'm able to meet up with her because I have a project to do for my English class. She just sends back a text that says she understands and that she will come on by the house later tonight.Auto tech as per what happens on a daily basis is pretty interesting. Today we are learning more about brakes and the different thing that come inside of a brake system. Once I started to learn more about cars I started to draw comparisons between it and the human body. Like how the engine is basically all the organs rolled up into one area and that the oil is kind of like the blood getting rid of all the pollutants from the body that being the engine in the case of the car. As the class winds up for the day I pick up my back pack and prepare for the inevitable fight that will probably happen between me and those two goons that Abagail will send after me to rough me up. which depending on the context of how you are using it it might have an entirely different meaning if you know what I mean.

when I get closer to the library I see the two goons approaching me with smiles on their faces. I frown to myself before going into the bathroom and seeing that nobody is inside it throw my back pack to the side and stand behind the door. "Now I know what you are thinking. Neil why the hell are you standing behind the door for when the open it they might open it violently or the might not have seen you at all or you could just stand in the middle and try to use your back pack as a type of shield. Huh that last one is actually a pretty good idea writer guy. But anyways i'm hiding behind the door because it is one of those door that can be open violently but I know that as dumb as these two are they wouldn't do anything that stupid because if they did they would attract unwanted attention that could cut down on the time they might get to pummel my ass. The other reason i'm behind this door is if an object swings in one direction it must be able to swing in the other direction. Now I am pretty sure that this is not the case of everything but for this door at least I know that is true." I listen for those two and when I hear their tell tale voices and the sound of the door start to be pushed open using all of my weight and what little momentum I can get from that I slam the door hoping that I at least did some thing to one of them. When I hear a shriek of pain and then an angry roar it makes me glad that most people have already left the building. Before they can open the door again i go and grab my back pack and put it over my front side to hopefully give myself some type of protection.

They both come in and I see which one I got i'm extremely happy I got Tyler and from the looks of it I got him pretty well his nose he a bit crooked and there is a lot of blood pouring out of it."Hey Tyler you should probably hold your head up at a fourty five degree angle and pinch your nose it looks pretty bad." I taunt him.He looks at me with **** in his eyes before responding with a threat."You know Abagail just wanted us to rough you up a little so that she could see what you were working on when she got to the library after practice. But after this I don't think you'll even make it out of this bathroom.". I just look at him and smile and taunt him back."Well big boy are you all bark and no bit or are you going to come over here and whoop my ass?". Nathan approaches first and throws a punch at my head and I dodge it before catching his arm and punching at his elbow trying to break it."now in this few second of head space a few of you might be wondering why am I going for the elbow instead of something like the face. Well I will tell you why because the face and the bone underneath it are pretty thick at anywhere between 3 and 14 mm.Which might not seem that thick but if you know human anatomy is thick enough to break the bones in your hands. well on the other hand if you and for something like say joints there are bones there and it is mostly just connective tissue so if you hit the elbow from the outside in it would make for a great way to cripple some one namely a bully in this case." now back to the story.

Nathan screams in pain as his arm is broken in an upward v type of break. He falls to the floor before Tyler approaches and throws a punch that i'm not able to doge but I do roll with it and stagger away from him."You're going to fucking pay for that." he points at me and says."Well big guy come and make me." I taunt him right back. He comes charging at me with another punch and this time I'm able to dodge and kick him in the leg. He staggers and falls to the ground. both of them get up Nathan with his arm back in a slightly better position but not by much and Tyler looking like he might have limp. They both come charging at me at one and i'm able to avoid Nathan again and hit him in the other elbow breaking it too before Tyler hits me in the face again and makes me stumble back. Nathan one again screams in pain and from the looks of it I don't think he wants to get up again because of the breaks. Tyler just stares at me with **** in his eyes before he looks down and sees the time on his watch."This is over the next time we see each other we are going to beat the absolute shit at you." I give him and absolute shit eating grin before he limps out a bit and grabs Nathan on the way out who looks back at me with **** in his eyes.

I swing my backpack behind my back again before I go over to the sink and with the mirror wipe the blood off my face and with some fishing line and a needle I had in my back pack."Its for situations like this okay don't blame me for having weird things in my back pack blame those two ass holes.".I smile to myself because I know that those two won't tell a soul what happened in this bathroom. I know that Cassidy, Abagail, and Lindsey will know but if word ever gets out who sent them out licking their wound they would never hear the end of it. Of course they would have to tell the trainer some type of lie what happened and I can't wait to hear that one later. As I finish sewing the last part of the cut shut."yes I remembered to sterilize bot the wire with some hand sanitizer and the sewing needle with the same hand sanitizer."Maybe I should carry a lighter in the future so that both of these things don't have to feel so wet the next time I have to stitch myself up." I ponder to myself before putting away both the extra fishing wire and the sewing needle into my back pack and heading out of the bathroom and into the library.

It is only an hour or so later when Abagail sits down across from me wearing a blue t-shirt and a pair of shorts with black hair done up in a ponytail high on her head. She give me a scowl."I know what you did asshole." she sneers quietly."Yeah well you shouldn't have sent those two after me." I give her an non interested tone."Now are you going to play nice or are you going to try to have those two drag me out of the library and beat me up again?" I question her."That wouldn't do those two any good.Because of you Nathan is out for at least the next month and Tyler for at least as long."."Oh yeah this is my fault. Because of you and your stupid shit I was put into a wheelchair for two months and didn't say anything and I had crutches after that.I missed the final few games of the Rugby season and I also missed sevens because of you guys and you're i'm better than all of you attitude. Now get off your high horse and I'll show you what I have so far unless you want to leave." i hiss at her before pointing towards the door.She looks towards the door actually contemplating it and I smile a little thinking that this might work out and that I might be able to do this project on my own.

"Fine i'll stay but for now let's just call an uneasy truce between us and you."She continues to have a hard expression on her face and I just smile."Fine but you have to actually pull your weight in this project." I hold out my hand and she takes it and we shake hand. I then lean over and get all the books on Shakespeare that I had managed to get off the shelves before any one else from class had gotten to and put them in front of us.She eyes them and then looks at me." 50/50 you take half and remember to take notes on them and I will take the other half and remember to take notes on them."She just nods at me.I take my half of the books before getting up and heading towards the check out."Now if you have any questions just remember to either ask me or Ms.Lane.".She nods her head before we check out the books and head out of the library."If you need me for anything you know where to find me either here at school and since i'm going to assume that because if Lindsey you know where I live you'd probably just come by there anyways just remember to knock. Also remember to at least get the others to agree on the truce especially those to meat heads." she nods her head and looks at me before saying."As long as you remember the truce to we won't attack you if you don't attack us." she starts to walk away before I grab her arm." If the meat heads come after me for **** the whole truce thing is done and over with and i'm telling Ms.Lane about dissolving this partnership.". She shake her arm out of my grasp before nodding and saying."If at any point those two come and try to get **** for today come to me first. I know this might sound like a load of shit but if those two attack you i'll attack them myself.Because honestly know that I see what you have done by picking all these books I think you night be smarter than you look." She smile at me and makes sure that I nod my head in understanding before she goes down the hallway and out of sight.I smile to myself in victory before walking out of the school myself and driving home to text Lindsey that its alright to come over.

Which of course she does and by the time we have done all our homework and turn on a movie on Netflix I have already told her about all the events of the day as she tells about everything that has happened to her today to. It makes me happy to know that my mother and father won't be home for a lot longer. She is happy about the uneasy truce that we now have and make me excited that maybe she won't run over here after practice crying because she "hurt" me in some way.Well after all that we finally get back to the movie and she falls asleep and I don't think she is waking up any time soon so I turn off both the Xbox and the TV and throw the blanket off of us and then get up and pick her up before picking her up bridal style and wrapping her arms around my neck before bringing her upstairs and putting her in my bed. I quickly send my mom about what has happens and she says okay and tells me that she will tell Lindsey's mom what is going on so that a pair of clothes can be brought over. Within 20 minutes a pair of clothes show up at the door step and I take them inside and put them somewhere where Lindsey will find them in the morning before doing one last thing looking into her mind.

it's one of the same dreams before but this time after learning about how Abagail became a nurse Lindsey some how was able to work with us at our office as one of the nurses on staff. They were able to remain close after Lindsey married me and Abagail married some no name man which for some reason just didn't sit well with me. Of course they both had children with Lindsey having those same triplets from before and Abagail having a little girl. It was at this point that I exited the dream and went back downstairs and pulled out the pull out bed on the couch got some pillows and blankets and went to sleep.
