What does Mike do next?

Enforce Strict Uniform Rules

On his way into school, Mike could see that many students were flaunting the new uniform rules. A couple of the male students didn't have their top buttons fastened, he could see that Tamara Browne hadn't bothered to fasten the buttons on her suit jacket either! But the worst violation had to be that Maisy Frinks had the sleeve on both of her jacket and jumper rolled up to her elbows!

This is not what Mike had envisioned when creating his new dress-code! Students were to look smart at all times and clearly all of these were flaunting the rules. He knew be needed to put a stop to this! Opening his briefcase and resting in atop a wall outside of the school, he took out his pencil and wrote:

New Rule: Dress code violations are taken seriously at Washington High. Any student seemed to be flaunting these rules will receive a cruel punishment decided upon by the best dressed student in the class.

New Rule: Their are mandatory uniform inspections every morning at Washington High, missing these inspections will also result in a cruel punishment.

New Rule: Nobody can refuse punishments given out to them for uniform breaches and there is no way to avoid them.

Closing the book, Mike straightened his tie and entered the main doors. Excited at the prospect of seeing his fellow classmates be **** to enact cruel punishments that, well as surely the best dressed student, he would be giving them!

Entering his classroom, he saw all students were stood behind their desks. He turned to see that Maisy Frinks had now corrected her uniform, obviously afraid of receiving a punishment. She stood at just under five foot and seven inches. Her tie was now pulled tightly into her collar, her jumper tucked neatly into her skirt that reached just above her knees. She looked incredibly smart, just looking at her turned Mike on. Her had to stand closer to his desk to conceal his erection and his teacher, Miss Robins entered the room.

"Good morning class, please stand to the back of the class for the morning uniform inspection!"
