Allegiance: Terrorist Cell "Deliverers"

Appearance Details: 6'5", black-haired, gray-eyed, Caucasian... pale and extremely muscular.{if Operation Sleep Mode > 999} As of Operation Sleep Mode, she's been seen sporting half-body prosthetics in black with a flame-thrower attached in the place of one hand, installed by Dr. Ivan Bortnik.{endif}

Ciao's Evaluation: Promethia is a high-ranking deliverer who attempted to burn New York City with an unnamed super-weapon, counteracted during Operation Fire Hose. Promethia entered combat with a sophisticated fire protection suit and a jet-pack, to which were connected a pair of handheld flame-throwers. We'll have to hope the Deliverers can't roll these out en masse... dealing with them once was a handful. She managed to escape with the help of her allies{if Promethia Humiliated = 1}, but not before being stripped naked by the Goodbye Girls. The indignation seemed intense and I can only imagine it fueled her rage to even greater heights{endif}.{if Operation Sleep Mode > 999}

We encountered Promethia again during Operation Sleep Mode. Using new cybernetics including an arm-mounted flame-thrower, she attempted to stop the Goodbye Girls from reaching Doctor Bortnik. Despite the increased firepower, the agents on site were able to repel her using technology of our own. The grudge she holds against the Goodbye Girls and CEDIT seems immense; it's not hard to imagine that many of her actions are now motivated by the desire to get even. We learned that she was assisted by Bortnik for no reason other than the "Machine Voice" in the doctor's head, but the intention of that voice for assisting her remained shrouded in mystery. {endif}

Namaste

Allegiance: Unknown

Appearance Details: Unknown, they have only spoken from a remote location using hacked technology.

Ciao's Evaluation: All we have on Namaste so far is a voice and even that was so heavily warped through audio modulation that we can't trace the identity. She first appeared to us by hacking in to Despedida's technology, aiding the escape of a high-ranking Deliverer agent in the process. Although she claims to have our best interests in mind, all she's done so far is allow that enemy to escape and turn our own agents against each other with the assurance that someone inside our organization is a sleeper agent. Of course... I'm looking for a sleeper agent anyway, but it would have been preferable to do so without the others knowing I'm looking for one. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of Namaste's identity and motives sooner rather than later.{endif}{if Operation First Plague > 999}

Adder Adjutant

Allegiance: Criminal Arms Dealers, "Adder"

Appearance Details: The mask and costume, as well as a voice modulator, hides even their gender and ethnicity. {if Operation Full House > 999}Beneath the costume, she is a thin, black-haired Chinese woman.{endif}

Ciao's Evaluation: Supposedly, Adder Adjutant is the highest in the organization. The details surrounding this enemy are just as mysterious as the ones around the Goodbye Girls. Regardless, if this person is over all of Adder, their capture should be considered an objective whenever they appear...{endif}{if Operation Full House > 999}

We finally got our hands on Adder Adjutant during Operation Full House and unmasked her, then took her in for interrogations.{if CEDIT Agents Killed Adder Adjutant = 1}Unfortunately, she was killed before we got much information out of her. She seemed to have a longstanding rivalry with Vaarvel and a grudge, so powerful that she risked her own **** to attack Vaarvel.{endif}{if Au Revoir Killed Adder Adjutant = 1}Unfortunately, she was killed before we got much information out of her, but we did learn she had a long history with Au Revoir. By the effects of a genetic ****, Bound Blood 10, she controlled Au Revoir to **** her, just to demonstrate its effectiveness.{endif}{if Adder Adjutant in CEDIT Custody = 1}We learned that she was really just a figurehead in the organization and she was placed aboard the Palm of Royalty to lure us into a false sense of victory. She seems to have accepted that she'll be killed while in custody, but for the time being, she's alive.{endif}

Serpentine Sportsman

Allegiance: Criminal Arms Dealers, "Adder"

Appearance Details: 6'2", Blond, Caucasian... very tan with a jock's body.

Ciao's Evaluation: {if Serpentine Sportsman Lived = 1}He's a bigwig in Adder, but it's hard to tell what he's actually in charge of, unless it's just event planning. The guy's a sadist who loves a show, dressing in flashy colors with silk gloves. This bastard is the one who put Bound Blood 1000 in my blood stream... I'm told he escaped during the chaos, laughing the whole time.{if Operation Full House > 999}I have to assume that, although he made it out of our first confrontation, he died to my gum explosive aboard the Palm of Royalty.{endif}{endif}{if Serpentine Sportsman Killed = 1}He was a bigwig in Adder, but it's hard to tell what he was in charge of, unless it was just event planning. The guy was a sadist who loved a show, dressing in flashy colors with silk gloves. We managed to kill him during Operation First Plague. Lethal **** proved a necessary measure, given his intent to enslave or kill everyone at the gathering. This bastard is the one who put Bound Blood 1000 in my blood stream... I can't help but say good riddance, now that he's dead.{endif}{endif}{if Operation Sleep Mode > 999}

Dr. Ivan Bortnik

Allegiance: Temporarily affiliated with Terrorist Cell "Deliverers"

Appearance Details: 5'11", Silver-haired, Caucasian... his body from the neck-down is completely cybernetic, including weaponry built into both of his hands. His tongue and throat are replaced with a robotic grill and a metal plate hides his "brain case", with wires running from his temples to the back of his cranium.

Ciao's Evaluation: Bortnik was deeply involved with the seedy CEDIT Russia project that led to agents such as Tschau being kidnapped and refitted with cybernetic prosthetics, as well as their super-soldier training. The man's two motivations at the time appeared to be to create the perfect advanced soldier, but also, to follow mysterious instructions given by a "Machine Voice" that guided him via implants replacing his brain. {if Tschau Spared Bortnik = 1}Currently, Bortnik is being held in secrecy by CEDIT in Washington; it's unlikely we'll ever see him on the outside again.{endif}{if Bortnik Killed Himself = 1} The late doctor destroyed his own brain at the instruction of that same voice, perhaps to stop Despedida from accessing something in his brain case. In the end, I have to think he'd simply gone mad.{endif} {if Dr. Bortnik in Russian Custody = 1}Currently, Bortnik is being held in secrecy by CEDIT in Russia. We can only hope that they'll deal with him like the criminal he is, rather than welcoming him back into their fold.{endif}{endif}
