Emma arrives

It's at that point that you're interrupted by Meg over the intercom informing you that Emma has arrived for her interview. Unfortunately for her, she's already 15 minutes late at this point. It seems this college redhead would need to learn some discipline before she's ready to be an Office Whore.

"Send her in." You respond, with a stern tone.

Soon after you say this, the door swings open to reveal Emma who comes walking on through to your desk to greet you and your panel of interviewers. "Good morning sirs. So sorry I'm late." She says, scuttling forward to her seat and practically collapsing into it without even taking the courtesy to shake your hands.

Her lack of professionalism simply won't do.

"Good morning Emma. Would you care to explain why you're over fifteen minutes late for this interview?" You ask with a stony voice.

"Well I... had a bit of a late night last night and slept through my alarm. It's no big deal though right?" She says with a smile.

"It's not exactly professional. What exactly was so important last night that you couldn't get a decent amount of rest before this interview?" You ask, the seriousness of your tone seemingly going over Emma"s head.

Emma chuckles a little before answering.

"I went out to the college bar and umm... made friends with some of the new freshmen. I think one of them posted a video to my instagram story." She responds, still oblivious to how much trouble she's in.

You do recall seeing the story she's talking about. Images of her getting spitroasted by a couple college guys right up against the bar flash into your mind.

"Typically, new applicants take these interviews a little more seriously." You say bluntly.

"Right... but I figured this was mostly just a... formality..." Emma replies, finally catching onto your serious tone.

"Quite the contrary. Just because you helped organise this program doesn't mean you don't still need to pass all the same checks as our other applicants Emma." You say, causing the smile to slowly fade from her face.

*GULP*

"I see... well... I'm very sorry sir, I didn't realise. Can we um... start over." She says timidly.
