Elisabeth Moss

I lived in the pool house of my friend Chloe, who inherited a fortune from her grandfather, a man no one in the family knew was wealthy. He had made some incredibly smart investments but lived modestly.

Chloe bought a house in Malibu and invited me out to live with her as I worked on my comedy hypnosis act. Chloe then decided to move to France, but before she sold her house, she signed me to a year's lease for $20 a month, a lease that would transfer to the new owner.

The new owner was Elisabeth Moss.

From day one, Elisabeth expressed her displeasure about me living on her property, but she loved the property so much, she put up with me, but one day, she confronted me and told me she wanted me out and would buy out my "pathetic lease." She also said it was pathetic for a man to be so dependent on a woman referring to my and Chloe's arrangement.

I told her that if I could demonstrate my act to her, and she thought it was great, I'd move out as I could support myself. She agreed. My hypnosis technique was unmatched. I could put people under quickly and very, very deeply, and I could get right into their subconscious. Elisabeth went under.
